How do I create a HeartShare?

To create a HeartShare, you'll need to order flowers from a participating florist. They'll provide you with a unique link where you can record your personalized audio message. After recording and payment, a QR code will be generated and included with your flower delivery.

Which florists work with HeartShares?

We're partnering with florists across the country. Visit our Florists page to find participating shops in your area, or ask your favorite local florist if they'd like to join the HeartShares network.

How much does a HeartShare cost?

HeartShare pricing varies by florist and the plan they choose. Most florists include HeartShares as a small add-on to your flower order, typically ranging from $5-15. Check with your florist for specific pricing.

Recording Messages

How long can my voice message be?

Message length depends on the plan your florist has chosen. Basic plans typically allow 1-2 minutes, while premium plans can support messages up to 5 minutes or longer. Your florist will let you know the limit for your order.

Can I re-record my message?

Yes! You can record, listen, and re-record your message as many times as you'd like before finalizing it. We want you to feel confident that your message is perfect before it's sent.

Can I add a password to my message?

When recording your message, you have the option to add password protection. This ensures only the intended recipient can access your HeartShare. Just share the password with them separately.

For Recipients

How do I listen to a HeartShare?

Simply scan the QR code on the card that came with your flowers using your smartphone camera. This will open a webpage where you can listen to the personalized message. No app download required!

Can I download the message?

Yes! Recipients can download HeartShare messages to their device for offline listening and to keep forever. Just click the download button on the playback page.

What if I don't have a smartphone?

The card includes a short URL that can be typed into any web browser on a computer or tablet. You can also ask someone with a smartphone to scan the code for you.

How long will the message be available?

HeartShare messages are stored permanently and can be accessed anytime. Your special moment is preserved forever, and you can listen to it whenever you want.

How do I become a HeartShares partner florist?

We'd love to partner with you! Visit our Florists page or contact us directly to learn about our partnership program. We'll guide you through the simple setup process and provide all the training you need.

What equipment do I need?

You don't need any special equipment! HeartShares works entirely online. Your customers record messages on their own devices, and you simply print the QR code cards we provide. We can integrate with your existing systems.

How do I handle customer support?

We provide comprehensive support for both you and your customers. You'll have access to our partner portal with resources, and your customers can reach out to us directly for technical assistance.

Can I customize the HeartShare cards?

Yes! We offer customizable card designs that can include your shop's branding. Premium plans include fully custom card designs to match your brand aesthetic.

Is my voice message secure?

Yes! All HeartShare messages are encrypted and stored securely. Only people with the unique QR code or link can access the message. You can also add password protection for an extra layer of security.

What audio format is used?

We use high-quality MP3 format for optimal sound quality and compatibility across all devices. Messages are compressed efficiently without sacrificing audio clarity.

Can I delete a message after it's sent?

Once a message is finalized and the QR code is generated, it cannot be deleted to preserve the integrity of the gift. However, if you need to make changes before finalization, please contact us immediately.

Do you sell or share my data?
